Enter your home or office address when making your purchase and we will deliver the order to your chosen destination.

All orders will be delivered by our delivery agent, delivery is only available Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Expected to receive your order within 3-5 business days after your have received shipment notification email.
Self-collection is not allowed.
You will be able to see the estimated delivery date and track your order.
You will receive an email update once your order has left the warehouse or you may check your order status via your account in our website.
Do note that delivery dates may be longer during sales or promotional periods.
All ECOM products except for ECOM Mini are factory vacuum sealed, once opened, item is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If you have received an item which is incorrect, you can opt for refund at full cost or exchange for another item. ECOM will cover the return delivery expense, as soon as the package reaches our warehouse, our team will inspect the condition of the item.
To process the return of incorrect order,
- Drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Incorrect Order Return Request – Order Number”.
- In the email body, please include the following details for our team to process your request and attach your original order form and images of your received items,

- Our team will then review the request and inform you on the status of return
- After confirming the validity of return, you will send the item to us by post to the following address:

Returning items must be in the same condition when you received them.
Our warehouse team will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange or reimburse the refund.
