Exchange and Refund

Refund process period may vary between 7-14 days from the day our warehouse team receive the items. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by email and the refund will be made into your wallet credit in the form of shopping credits.

All returns must be received within 7 working days from the date the confirmation email was sent, the return will be void if we do not receive your parcel within this time frame. All return shipping fees will be borne by the customer. We are not liable for any missing/lost returns sent via non-trackable shipping.

As shipping is a hard cost we incur from logistics, please note that all delivery costs are non-refundable. As such, you will be refunded the following amount:

Refunded Amount = Final Paid Price - Delivery Fee ($7)

While some companies include return fees into their prices, we charge only when you return. This way, you’re not paying for other peoples' returns or shipping.

Please also note that vouchers and promo codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the Final Paid Price (after discount) will be refunded.
